"Problem fixed quicker than I expected"
I had an issue and, i was half expecting to get passed around or quietly pushed off until I gave up. But they sorted it really quickly and without any drama, so fair play to them. Appreciate the fast help.

"Surprisingly Solid for the Price"
For the price, these bits were a bit of a small miracle. They’re not flawless or anything, but they did the job well enough and didn’t make me regret my life choices. Delivery was fine too, nothing dramatic there. I’d definitely order them again

"Really nice quality... just a tiny flaw"
I ordered a few crafty bits and overall I’m happy with them. The quality feels good, and the colours looked close to the photos, which was nice. One piece did have a small rough edge... but it wasn’t a big deal and I still used it without any trouble. I’d buy again, I’d just give everything a quick look over when it arrives.

I had a bit of a look around and ended up spending more time browsing than I planned. It was easy enough to find my way around, and there was a good mix of things. By the end, I’d found loads of the craft stuff I needed, so happy with it overall.

I ordered from The Crafty Giraffe and it showed up way sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Everything was easy enough overall, but I was kind of expecting the instructions to be a bit clearer. Still, no real fuss and I’m happy with it.

As someone who gets a little picky about how things are packed, I was happy with this. The item was well protected, even though the outer box had a small dent. Nothing inside seemed affected, so overall it was a good experience.

"Lovely spot for little gifts"
I picked up a couple of small gifts and was really pleased with them. They felt thoughtful and personal without being over the top, and my friend really liked hers. It’s just a useful place to find something a bit different from the usual shop stuff. Delivery was smooth as well, no issues at all. I’d happily use it again for birthdays or little thank you gifts.

I think the design is really cute overall and has a fun vibe to it. That said, it does feel a bit busy to me, so depending on your taste, it might come across as charming or slightly overwhelming

I just got my personalised gift i’m really impressed. The name and details were exactly right, with no weird spacing or spelling mistakes, which is always the bit I stress about. It arrived looking just how I’d hoped, and since it’s fresh in my mind, I’m still really happy with how nicely it turned out.

"Arrived on time, no fuss"
Not the most exciting thing to rave about, but also kind of exactly what you want from an order. My stuff from The Crafty Giraffe turned up when it was supposed to, everything was packed properly, and nothing was missing. I almost feel silly giving 5 stars just for a shop doing the basics, but at the same time, plenty don’t manage that. Nice and easy overall, and I’d order from them again
